Manama, Mar. 23 (BNA): National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA)’s CEO Dr. Mariam Athbi Al Jalahma participated in the 35th European Drug Information Association (DIA) from March 20-23.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and Narcotics Control Boards in Europe and the US participated in the conference.
The conference discussed challenges faced by manufacturers and regulatory authorities in registering medication and ways to overcome them.
The meeting also reviewed the experiences of several European, Middle Eastern and African countries, as well as Brazil.
