Military Court sentences Deputy Intelligence Commander to 5 years prison term

The Military Tribunal Court sentenced Deputy Intelligence Commander to five years prison term and heavy fines to Abdullahi Mohamed Cosoble, who was the deputy commander of the Intelligence and Communication. He was found guilty of water-boarding the late Aden Gaarac Habarwaa who was a suspected Al-Shabaab in custody in Dolow, Gedo region, as General Hassan Ali Noor Shute, President of the Military Court told Somali National News
