Mogadishu Two terror car explosions on Saturday took place at K-5 junction aka Soobe Junction in the capital Mogadishu.
National Police spox Sadiq Dodishe confirms to SONNA of civilian casualties including independent journalist Mohamed Isse Kona.
Meanwhile, at media briefing, he added militants targeted women, children, and unarmed people in their basic life.
“The purpose of the attack was to target and destroy an educational center that was serving Somali students, but the brave national army who have information of the terrorist plot, prevented it,” he furthermore asserted.
He repeated the federal government stand for serving, saving and protecting the Somali people and their nation from the radical group.
